Legal Fee Schedule

In every possible case, we try to anticipate any potential issues and address them in advance. For that reason, it’s so important that you be completely honest, open and transparent regarding the details of your case during the initial consultation. Please be advised that withholding any information may affect your case as well the cost and approach we take. We understand that forgetting to mention some information (i.e., criminal, financial, prior entrances to the U.S. and departures etc.)  may not be intentional. In these cases, if any additional work or fees are required, we will communicate them to you, the client.

Again, please keep in mind that our firm is dedicated to providing excellent service and we do our best to communicate the fee structure in a simple and straightforward manner. We offer flat rate services listed below and also offer payments plans.

During your case evaluation, we will provide you with a general overview of your immigration options. However, we can NOT provide you with specific legal advice tailored to your case due to attorney ethical and professional rules. If it is determined during the initial free consultation that your case requires an in-depth analysis and review of your documents, you may be asked to schedule a paid immigration consultation.

A schedule of fees is listed below. These are legal fees and DO NOT include any USCIS filling fees that may be necessary. And are subject to change without notice at any time. We offer payment plans and accept electronic checks and all major credit cards.

In certain situations, clients may require additional services, which are not included in our service-based fees listed above. If the legal service you require is not listed please give our office a call. In certain specific situations, clients may require additional services (for example revisiting past criminal records, tax problems, complications due to past mistakes, delays, mistakes of third parties, incomplete documents, additional applications, etc.) which are not included in our service-based fees listed below. Sometimes clients are not aware how a particular issue may affect their case, and therefore do not provide the relevant information at the outset, for us to take into consideration when providing an estimate for all the work involved in the case. In these situations, the full extent of the case may start to be revealed as the case progresses, and we will communicate to the client if there is a need for additional work and fees. Please keep in mind that any additional fees required are due before we perform the additional work. To receive a full description of the activities included in our service-based fee for a particular case, please call our office. All invoices are due upon receipt. At the point of hire we request that you sign a contract outlining the fee arrangement we have agreed on and pay the service-based fee or first installment if we have agreed on a payment plan, before we start work on your case.
