She is authorized by Federal Law to practice immigration law in ANY of the 50 states, District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories. 8 C.F.R. Section 1.2, 292.1(a)1. Ms. Johnson can also represent international clients in U.S. Immigration cases.
No. Our Practice is limited strictly to non-employment immigration matters.
No. We do not handle Asylum or Deportation/Removal Defense cases, or cases that require legal representation in immigration court.

USCIS stands for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. It functions as part of the Department of Homeland Security and supervises legal immigration to the United States.
